ACCESS AGREEMENT

This Access Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the “Need Order” platform (“Platform”), owned and operated by Need Order (“Company”). By accessing or using the Platform, users (“Users”) agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. If a User does not agree with these terms, they must not access or use the Platform.
1. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform facilitates connections between clients and service providers to enable transactions and collaborations. Both parties are responsible for conducting their activities in compliance with this Agreement and applicable laws.
2. User Eligibility and Registration
2.1. Authenticity Requirement: All Users must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
2.2. Prohibited Actions: Users found to have provided false or misleading information will have their accounts permanently suspended and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
2.3. International Compliance: The Platform is governed by international laws. Users must ensure their activities comply with applicable local and international regulations.
Commission Base System
New Members will be on a commission base. The company will list its projects on Service pages. When Clients visit these pages, if they are impressed with your project, they will place an order. You will then complete the order on behalf of the company and charge for the order according to your demand. If you complete a reasonable amount of orders, you will be able to convert to a salary-based employee if you want.
3. Account Maintenance
3.1. Content Updates: Users are required to update their content regularly. Failure to request updates for a period exceeding 90 days will result in account removal.
3.2. Contact Requirements: Users must maintain communication with their designated manager via WhatsApp or email. All update requests must be made through these channels.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1. Users must use the Platform responsibly and refrain from any actions that could harm the Platform, its reputation, or other Users.
4.2. The Company reserves the right to monitor activity on the Platform to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
5. Feedback and Intellectual Property
5.1. Users may provide feedback to improve the Platform. By submitting feedback, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and incorporate the feedback into the Platform.
6. Termination
6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform for violations of this Agreement or other applicable policies.
6.2. Users may terminate their accounts by providing written notice to the Company.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
7.2. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
8.2. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from their use of the Platform.
9. Modifications to the Agreement
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of changes and must accept the revised terms to continue using the Platform.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements.
10.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
