- Meeting Readiness: Ability to attend Zoom interviews and client meetings with confidence.
- Professional Conduct: Commitment to loyalty, responsibility, and delivering work on time.
Badge Classification System
To recognize performance and skill, Need Order uses a Badge System. Experts are classified based on their results, communication, and overall professionalism. This system ensures fair recognition and helps us assign projects to the most suitable experts.
Selection Process
- Application Review – Evaluation of the applicant’s background and portfolio.
- Skill Assessment – Questions or tests related to the applicant’s expertise.
- Interview – A Zoom meeting to assess communication skills and professionalism.
- Final Decision – Approval by our Hiring Manager.
Maintaining Standards
Need Order reserves the right to suspend or remove experts who fail to uphold our standards. Details of this process can be found on our Suspension Policy page. In cases of serious misconduct, we may also publish an official update or news article in our Updates section to make our position clear and protect our clients and reputation.
