One morning, Javier scrolled through LinkedIn and saw Need Order’s deep-dive post on “5 Simple UX Fixes That Win Sales.” He clicked through, filled out the form, and felt confident: these folks really understood the problem.


The 5-Step UX Overhaul

  1. Checkout Flow Audit
    We mapped every click from product page to order confirmation—spotting long forms, confusing fields, and hidden costs.
  2. Form Simplification
    • Reduced fields from 12 to 6
    • Added auto-fill where possible
    • Displayed fees and shipping options upfront
  3. Button & Label Redesign
    We enlarged the “Continue” and “Place Order” buttons, rewrote labels (“Shipping Info” instead of “Address Details”), and added hover states for clarity.
  4. Progress Tracker
    A simple 3-step progress bar (“Cart → Details → Confirmation”) gave shoppers confidence they were close to finishing.
  5. Live Usability Testing
    Our UX experts ran quick sessions with real users. Feedback led to final tweaks—like consolidating payment options into a single dropdown.
