I’m Megan Rivera. For multi‑step checkouts, I design clear progress bars and step labels so users know exactly how much is left. I test both horizontal and vertical indicators to find the most intuitive format. Outside work, I prototype different progress components to gather feedback. I believe visible progress reduces anxiety and abandonment. My aim is to keep users moving forward confidently.
