I’m Zoe Morin. I set up heatmaps and session recordings—then sift through hundreds of user sessions to find trends in clicks, scrolls, and hovers. I watch how visitors really use the site, not just how they say they do. When I’m off duty, I analyze my own test sites to refine my spotting techniques. I believe seeing user behavior is the most reliable insight. My goal is to uncover hidden UX blockers.
